High performance Microchip picoPower® AVR® RISC based CMOS 8 bit microcontroller, 2 KB ISP Flash memory, 128B EEPROM, 128B SRAM, six general-purpose I/O lines, 32 general-purpose operating registers, one 8-bit timer/counter with compare modes, one 8-bit high-speed timer/counter, universal serial interface (USI), internal and external interrupts, 4-channel 10-bit A/D converter, programmable watchdog timer with internal oscillator and three software selectable power saving modes. The device operates between 2.7-5.5 volts. Executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the device achieves throughput approaching one MIPS per MHz by balancing power consumption and processor speed.
