L6386 SMD SO14 Integrated
L6386 is a high voltage device produced with BCD "OFF-LINE" technology. It has a Driver structure that allows driving N Channel Power MOS or IGBT. Upper (Floating) Section can operate with voltage up to 600V. Logic Inputs are CMOS/TTL compatible for ease of interfacing with controllers. Matching delays between the lower and upper sections facilitate high frequency operation.
