ML4800 DIP16 Integrated

ML4800 is a controller for power factor corrected switching power supplies. Power Factor Correction (PFC) allows the use of smaller, lower-cost bulk capacitors, reducing power line loading and stress on switching FETs and resulting in a power supply that fully complies with IEC-1000-3-2 specifications. A 1A capable gate driver minimizes the need for external driver circuits. Low power requirements increase efficiency and reduce component costs.
