TTP223 Capacitive Touch Sensor Specifications

  • Size: 15mm * 11mm
  • Operating voltage: 2.5 - 5.5v
  • Output signal: digital

  • About 60mS response time in fast mode, 220mS @ low power mode VDD = 3V
  • Sensitivity can be adjusted by outside capacitance (0 ~ 50pF)
  • There are two kinds of sampling lengths (SLRFTB pin) with pad option
  • With pad option Provides fast mode and Low Power mode selection (LPMB pin)
