MQ-9 gas sensor is a gas sensor that can detect carbon monoxide and flammable gases in the environment. It gives an analog output according to the gas density in the environment. Smoke detection range is 300 – 10000 ppm.
The sensor is mounted on a card and turned into a module to facilitate use. It is powered by 5V. Both digital and analog outputs can be received from the sensor.
