DS3231 Precision RTC and 24C32 Memory Module

 

You can use this clock module board in your projects that require precise time information. It provides precise time information thanks to the DS3231 RTC, while the 24C32 EEPROM integrated circuit stores the information in its memory. It has a CR2032 battery slot, and the battery is included. It has an I2C connection. It is more precise than the DS1307.

 

Note: The board charges the battery with the VCC voltage. If you are using a non-rechargeable battery such as the CR2032, you will need to modify the board. If using a CR2032, the resistor or zener diode marked in yellow must be removed. Images are shown below. You can use it seamlessly with rechargeable watch batteries like the LIR2032.
