12V 2 Channel Relay Output Digital Thermostat - Red/Green

2 Channel Relay Output Digital Thermostat is a product used to keep the temperature within the desired range in the project it is used in. There is an NTC on the product that can measure between -20 and 100 degrees. Its length is approximately 1 meter.

Specifications:

  • Support Voltage: 12V DC
  • Display Colors: Red / Green
  • Relays: 30V 10A DC / 10A 220V AC
  • Temperature Range -20 °C ~ 100 °C
  • Module size: 70*39*18mm
  • Sensor length: 1 meter
  • Timing Range: 0-999 seconds

Temperature Setting

On the product There are three buttons. Pressing the SET button once switches between temperature screens. Values on the screens can be increased or decreased with the + and - keys. When the SET button is held down, the temperature value measured by the NTC appears on the screen.

The upper temperature value is displayed on the upper screen, and the lower temperature value is displayed on the lower screen. As long as the measured temperature value is lower than the upper temperature value we entered, the S terminals allow current to pass between each other. A heater can be connected here. Thus, the environment will warm up.

When the measured value exceeds the upper temperature value, the transition between S terminals is closed and the transition between K terminals begins. A cooling fan can also be connected here. The fan continues to operate until the temperature measured by NTC reaches the lower temperature value we entered. When it reaches the lower value, the heater works again. This cycle repeats so that the temperature remains within the range we entered.

Calibration and Delay

If you hold down the SET button before energizing the product and operate the product in this way, the setting interface is entered. . There are P0, P1 and P2 settings here.

P0: Calibration setting. If you think NTC is measuring the wrong temperature value, you can make adjustments here. For example, if the NTC measures 20 degrees but the temperature is 25 degrees and you know this, you can enter the P0 value as 5. Thus, you reach the actual value of 20+5 = 25.

P1: The temperature relay closes instantly after the temperature exceeds the upper limit. If you do not want it to turn off immediately, the value you enter in P1 is the delay time. It remains open for the time you enter.

P2: The cooling relay closes instantly after the temperature exceeds the lower limit. If you do not want it to shut down immediately, the value you enter in P2 is the delay time. It remains open for the duration you enter.
