Return Process
The return/exchange period for the products we sell is 14 days from the date the shipment is received. Within this period, you can send us the products you wish to return or exchange by opening a return request.
If there is a problem with the product during the return process, we will cover the shipping costs. For arbitrary returns, the shipping costs must be paid by the consumer.
Products to be returned must be sent with their invoice. Invoices issued to individuals have a return section at the bottom. The invoice must be completed and sent with the product. If the invoice is issued to a company, a return invoice must be issued.
Return Conditions
Products with their original packaging or box must be returned in their original box and packaging. Returns are not accepted for products not returned with their original box or packaging.
Products that lose their original packaging or packaging cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. For example, filaments used in 3D printers are shipped in sealed vacuum bags. If these vacuum bags are opened, the product will not be accepted for return.
Open electronic boards and components (integrated circuit boards, MOSFETs, etc.) must be inspected before soldering. Soldered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns will be processed within 3 business days of approval, depending on your payment method. For credit card payments, a refund will be made to the card. For wire transfer payments, the refund will be made to the provided account information. The amount of the refund will be reflected in your account/card depending on the processing times of each bank.
Damaged/Damaged Product
Products received by our customers must be inspected upon receipt. If there is any damage during shipment, a Damage Assessment Report must be filed with the relevant shipping company. If the shipment you receive appears to be crushed or damaged on the outside, please open the package in the presence of the shipping personnel and have a report prepared.

Within this period, you can contact us regarding damaged/faulty products and return them for a refund or exchange. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after the 14-day period. Therefore, please inspect your purchased products upon delivery.
