24C08 - DIP8 EEPROM IC

 

The AT24C04C and AT24C08C provide 4,096 / 8,192 bits of EEPROM, organized into 512/1024 words of 8 bits each. The device is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low power and low voltage operation is required. The AT24C04C / 08C is in a space-saving 8-pin DIP package and is accessed via a 2-wire serial interface.
