26LS31 - SO16 SMD EEPROM IC
AM26LS31, ANSI TIA / EIA-422-B and ITU (formerly CCITT) Recommendation V.11' It is a quad complementary output line driver designed to meet the requirements of 3-state outputs have high current capacity to drive balanced lines such as twisted pair or parallel cable transmission lines and are in a high resistance state in case of power down.
