27C64 - FDIP28W EEPROM IC

27C64 meets the important requirements of fast turnaround, pattern experiment and low power consumption. It is a high speed 64K UV erasable and electrically reprogrammable CMOS EPROM that is ideal for applications where The 27C64 is designed to operate with a single 5V power supply with a 10% tolerance. 

 

The 27C64 is a 28-pin dual-row with a transparent cover and a 32-pin windowed LCC. packed in package. The clear cover allows the user to expose the chip to ultraviolet light to erase the bit pattern. A new pattern can then be written to the device electrically by following the programming procedure.
