AD8317 DC 5V 1M-10000Mhz RF Signal Amplifier Module

RF logarithmic detector and its controller is AD8317. It can accurately measure all cellular standards and multiple wireless infrastructures in the range of 1MHz~10GHz (1-10000MHz) and is applicable to RF signal strength in the frequency range of broadband wireless applications. In addition, the device provides fast output response and can complete RF pulse train detection more effectively. The package is 2 ram × 3 ram.

AD8317 detector logarithmic amplifier provides accurate RF measurement. Measurement accuracy is better than ±1dB with a dynamic range greater than 50dB. The output end functions as a power controller when adjusting the power amplifier or variable gain amplifier.

Wide operating frequency range of 1MHZ~10GHz(1-10000MHz) supports all cellular standards ( Supports GSM, CDMA, W-CDMA and TD-SCDMA), broadband wireless standards (802.16, WIMAX, WIBRO) and special dedicated systems operating in various frequency bands.

The AD8317 provides better sensitivity and temperature stability from -40°C to 85°C and has a fast 5ns output response capable of providing RF pulse train detection over 125MHz. The device has a protective shell and anti-reverse protection diode at 3V~5V power supply voltage.
