DB106S is a glass passivated bridge rectifier with 1000V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 1A continuous forward current capacity. It is an efficient and reliable diode with 40A high surge current capacity and 1.1V low forward voltage value. Ideal for surface mount (SMD) applications.
