EL3052 DIP-6 Triac and SCR Output Optocoupler IC
The EL3052 DIP-6 Triac and SCR Output Optocoupler IC, each of the EL301X, EL302X, and EL305X series devices, consists of a GaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled with a single-piece silicon random-phase phototriac.
These devices are designed to interface between electronic controllers and power triacs to control resistive and inductive loads at operating voltages of 115 to 240 VAC.
