HLK-RM08K Serial UART WIFI Module is an embedded UART-ETH-WIFI module (serial port - Ethernet - Wireless network). This product is an embedded module based on the universal serial interface network standard. The built-in TCP/IP protocol stack allows the user to convert between serial port, Ethernet, wireless network (wifi) interface. Thanks to the HLK-RM08K module, traditional serial devices do not need to change any configuration; Data can be transmitted via the Internet network. It provides a quick solution for the user's serial devices to transfer data over Ethernet.

Product Functions
Serial Port to Ethernet
In this mode, ETH0 is enabled, WIFI function is turned off. Ethernet can be configured as a dynamic IP address (DHCP) or as a static IP address (STATIC).
WIFI STA from Serial Port
In this mode, WIFI is enabled, the module works in STA mode, ETH function is turned off. WIFI STA can be configured as dynamic IP address (DHCP), also can be configured as static IP address (STATIC).
WIFI AP from Serial Port
In this mode, WIFI is enabled, the module works in AP mode, ETH function is turned off. In this mode, WIFI device can connect to the module and become the device under WIFI LAN.
Default Mode
In this mode, WIFI is enabled, the module works in AP mode, ETH function is enabled. ETH0 operates as WAN, ETH1-4 operates as LAN. In this mode, WIFI device can connect to the module and become the device under WIFI LAN. WAN default IP is dynamic IP address. DHCP Server for the same local area networkLAN enables WIFI by default.
