IRF830 - 500V 4.5A Mosfet - TO220
IRF830 is a fast switching high voltage N-Channel MOSFET with low on-state resistance 'truck. The mosfet has a maximum drain to source voltage of 500V. The mosfet will drain the source internal resistance to 1.5Ω when triggered with a 10V gate voltage.
