PF7708BS SOIC-8 SMD Integrated Circuit
PF7708B is a single-channel, boost WLED controller with a wide input voltage range, operating between 9V and 30V. Using PF7708B, a WLED driver with low total cost of materials can be obtained. PF7708B integrates a current-mode PWM controller with a MOSFET driver with 1000mA/-1500mA output and a Dimming Power MOSFET with a low Rds(on) value. Additionally, all necessary protections for WLED backlighting, such as short-circuit LED protection, over-temperature protection, and output over-voltage protection, are implemented in an SOP-8 package to minimize PCB size and component count.
