The PIC18F2525/2620/4525/4620 family of microcontrollers is based on Microchip's PIC18 architecture, offering a 31-level hardware stack and 75 instructions. These MCUs provide up to 10 MIPS, 3968 bytes of RAM with up to 64 Kbytes of program memory and 124 bytes of data EEPROM.
