SHT20 Temperature and Humidity Sensor
The SHT20 humidity and temperature sensor is an industry standard sensor in terms of form factor and intelligence. It can be reflow soldered with dimensions of 3 x 3 mm and a height of 1.1 mm. The calibrated, linearized sensor embedded in a Dual Flat Endless (DFN) package provides signals in digital, I2C format.
The industry standard is a widely used humidity and temperature sensor. Humidity is measured using a capacitive sensor, while temperature is measured using a bandgap sensor.
