TL3845P DIP8 Integrated
TL3845P is a current mode PWM Controller, offline or DC to DC constant frequency current with minimum number of external components provides the features necessary to implement mode control schemes. Some of the internally implemented circuits are low voltage lockout (UVLO) with a pickup current of less than 1mA and a precision reference clipped for accuracy at the error amplifier input. Other internal circuits include logic to enable latched operation, a pulse-width modulation (PWM) comparator (which also provides current limit control), and a totem-pole output stage designed to source or sink high peak current. The output stage, suitable for driving N-channel MOSFETs, is low in the OFF state.
