ULN2065B DIP-16 Integrated

Designed to interface logic with a wide variety of high current, high voltage loads, each of these devices has a specified minimum 50 V interruption and It includes four NPN Darlington switches providing up to 1.5 A with a maintenance voltage of 35 V measured at 100 mA. ULN2067B and ULN2069B contain integrated suppression diodes for inductive loads with common emitters. The ULN2075B features isolated Darlington pinouts and is designed for applications such as emitter follower configurations.

ULN2065B, ULN2069B and The ULN2075B's inputs are compatible with popular 5V logic families, and the ULN2067B is compatible with 6-15V CMOS and PMOS. The ULN2069B type includes a pre-driver stage to reduce the load on the control logic.
