XH-M239 Li-ion 18650 Battery Discharge - Capacity Measurement Module. The 18650 battery operates with 5-12V from a 5.5x2.1mm DC jack or 3.7V via a terminal block. You can discharge your 18650 battery and measure its capacity. It has no storage function when switched off. Data is cleared when switched off. It has 4 buttons for switching between modes and stopping/starting. It has a screen to display the operations.
18650 Battery is not included with the device. It does not perform charging.
