74HC14 SMD Integrated
74HCT14 is a hex inverter with Schmitt-trigger inputs. This device has low input threshold levels to interface to TTL logic levels. The inputs also include clamp diodes, allowing current limiting resistors to be used to interface the inputs to voltages above VCC. Schmitt trigger inputs convert slowly changing input signals into sharply defined flicker-free output signals.
