74HC393 SMD Integrated

74HC393 are binary meters with 4-stage ripple. All counter stages are master-slave flip-flops. Each negative transition of the clock pulse advances one number; The high voltage level on the MR line resets all meters to zero states. All inputs and outputs are buffered.
