The EP-AB003 8W 2.4GHz WiFi Signal Booster is a bi-directional power amplifier specifically developed for the 2.4 GHz frequency band, compatible with IEEE 802.11 b/g/n standards. It supports spread-spectrum technologies such as Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) and Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM). Utilizing Time Division Duplex (TDD) rapid microwave detection technology and linear power amplifier technology, this product significantly extends wireless RF communication range while maintaining the transmission speeds of 802.11b/g/n wireless devices.

Installation Steps

• Disconnect the power from the wireless AP/Router
• Remove the antenna from the wireless AP/Router
• Connect the RFIN port of the bi-directional amplifier to the antenna port of the wireless AP/Router using the supplied RG316 coaxial cable
• Screw the antenna onto the RFOUT port of the bi-directional amplifier
• Power on the bi-directional amplifier first, then the wireless AP/Router
