HIP4081AIP DIP-20 Mosfet Driver IC

HIP4081A is a high frequency, medium voltage Full Bridge N Channel FET driver in a 20-lead plastic SOIC and DIP package IC. The HIP4081A can operate every possible switch combination except those that cause a transition state. The HIP4081A can switch at frequencies up to 1 MHz and is well-suited for driving Voice Coil Motors, high-frequency switching power amplifiers and power supplies.

 

For example, the HIP4081A medium voltage brush motors, and two HIP4081A can be used to drive high-performance stepper motors, as it can provide fine microstepping capability with short minimum "on-time".
