HMC412 9-15G Low Noise Dual Balanced RF Mixer Module

 

The mixer has the advantage of high isolation. It has low conversion loss of 8dB GaAs Schottky diode and uses new in-plane transformer chip barron structure. It can be used as up converter, down converter, two phase modulator and demodulator or phase comparator.
