K30H603 is a three-terminal silicon device with a current delivery capacity of about 30A, fast switching speed. This N-channel enhancement mode field effect power transistor using advanced planar stripe, DMOS technology designed for offline switch mode power supply. It is also specifically designed to minimize bars (open) and high robust avalanche characteristics. It is very suitable for adapter power units, amplifiers, inverters and SMPS applications.
