LM2675MX-5.0/NOPB SMD Switching Regulator

LM2675 series regulators, They are monolithic integrated DC-DC converter circuits built with an LMDMOS process. These regulators provide all active functions for a buck switching regulator capable of driving a 1-A load current with excellent line and load regulation. 

Requiring a minimum number of external components, these regulators are easy to use and feature patented internal frequency compensation and fixed frequency oscillator.

The LM2675 series operates at a switching frequency of 260 kHz, so Allows smaller sized filter components than needed in lower frequency switching regulators.
