LM334 TO-92 Adjustable Current and Power Regulator
LM334 is a 3-terminal adjustable current source offering a wide dynamic voltage range from 1V to 40V. Current is established through an external resistor and no other parts are needed. Initial current accuracy is ±3%. The LM334 is a true floating current source without separate power supply connections. Additionally, reverse applied voltages up to 20V will draw only a few dozen microamperes of current, allowing devices to act as both rectifiers and current sources in AC applications.
