LM60BIM3 SOT-23 Smd Temperature Sensor
LM60 device operates from a single 2.7 V supply -40°C to +125°C It is a sensitive integrated circuit temperature sensor that can detect the temperature range. The device's output voltage is linearly proportional to Celsius temperature (6.25 mV/°C) and has a DC offset of 424 mV. Offset allows negative temperatures to be read without the need for a negative source.
