There is a missing/wrong product in my order, what should I do?
In order to resolve the issue, you can send an e-mail to destek@motorobit.com with the missing/wrong product and its invoice, along with visuals.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be shipped the same day, and orders placed after will be shipped the next day. (Except for public holidays)
Orders placed before 11:00 on Saturday will be shipped the same day, and orders placed after will be shipped on Monday.
