It can measure the voltage and internal resistance of 18650 lithium battery and AA / AAA alkaline battery and display them via LCD. You can charge the device with Type-C power input. It does not consume the power of the test battery for testing. Type-C cable is included.

It is used only for measurement. Does not charge batteries.
