The RL-240A-RCM2 12V/24V 240A Remote-Controlled Battery Disconnect Switch Kit is designed to remotely control the vehicle battery's connection to the electrical system and automatically protect the battery during low-voltage conditions. Compatible with 12V and 24V DC systems, the product enables the remote switching on and off of the main battery line in vehicles such as cars, caravans, boats, and trucks.

One of the device's standout features is its automatic low-voltage protection. When the system voltage drops below approximately 11.8V for 12V applications or 23V for 24V applications, the device automatically disconnects the battery after a 120-second delay.

This feature helps prevent excessive battery discharge in parked vehicles caused by standby currents or electrical equipment left on.
