The RTL-SDR V3 RTL2832U R820T2 Software Defined Radio Receiver is a compact Software Defined Radio (SDR) receiver designed to capture and process RF signals across a wide frequency range using a computer or compatible mobile device.

The device is built around the RTL2832U 8-bit ADC and the R820T2 RF tuner. In addition to the standard tuner operating range, the HF Direct Sampling feature included in the V3 hardware allows for the reception of low-frequency HF signals without the need for an additional external upconverter.
