TDA2003 TO220-5 Integrated
TDA2003 is a general-purpose 10W amplifier IC that can be used in stereo or mono audio design circuits. The amplifier can output up to 3.5A current to power speakers and can also handle high current up to 5A for a shorter period of time without causing any damage. Additionally, it can handle short circuits on both AC and DC rail. It has an operating voltage of 18V, but can handle high voltage up to 28V.
