The TL Smoother Plus 3D Printer Filter Module is a stepper motor filter module designed to be connected between the stepper motor driver and the stepper motor in 3D printers, helping to make motor movements smoother and more stable. It is specifically designed to help reduce vibration, motor noise, and unwanted patterns on the print surface—issues often observed with A4988 and DRV8825-based stepper motor drivers.

The Plus version features 8 large SMC-package diodes. This large-package diode configuration provides better heat dissipation compared to TL-Smoother models that use smaller diodes, aiming to ensure more stable operation under higher motor loads.
