Wiegand to RS485 Signal Data Transmission Converter, WG transmission nominal distance is 100 meters, actually 20-60 meters, so in the process of implementing the access control system, we often encounter the access controller and card reader device in a long distance, which may cause the controller to receive the card reader information.

The card WG output is converted to 485 signal, taking advantage of 485 transmission, using twisted pair transmission line, which makes the transmission distance of WG signal to the theoretical level of maximum 1200 meters.
