The BL-USBMach3-200 5-Axis 100KHz USB CNC Control Board V3 is a USB-based motion control board designed to control stepper motors or compatible servo drives via Mach3 software. It establishes a USB connection between the computer and the CNC system—eliminating the need for a parallel port—and provides Step/Dir control for up to 5 axes (X, Y, Z, A, and B).
The board supports a maximum step pulse frequency of 100kHz per axis. This allows it to be used with stepper motor drivers and servo drives equipped with Step/Dir inputs. The motors do not connect directly to this board; The board generates only motion commands, while external motor drivers provide the motor current.
