KIA50N06 has about 50A current transmission capacity, fast switching speed It is a three-terminal silicone device. This N-channel enhancement mode field effect power transistor using advanced planar strip, DMOS technology designed for offline switch mode power supply. It is also specifically designed to minimize sticks (open) and high solid avalanche features. The adapter is well suited for power units, amplifiers, inverters and SMPS applications.
