LPG/Isobutane/Propane Gas Sensor Board - MQ-6
The MQ-6 sensor is a gas sensor that can detect LPG, isobutane, and propane gas in the environment. It provides an analog output according to the gas concentration in the environment. The gas detection range is 300 – 10000 ppm.
To facilitate ease of use, the sensor is mounted on a board and made into a module. It is powered by 5V. Both digital and analog outputs can be obtained from the sensor. Thus, both gas presence/absence and gas concentration detection can be performed. Sensitivity can be adjusted with the potentiometer located on the back of the module.
It can be easily used with Arduino, Raspberry Pi or other microcontrollers. If you want to use it with Raspberry Pi and want to use the analog pin, you need to use a converter like the MCP3008 in between.Card dimensions: 32 x 20 x 22mm
