MAX3232EPE DIP-16 Integrated
MAX3232 device consists of two line drivers, two line receivers. The device requires only four small 0.1μF external charge pump capacitors. It features a proprietary low-output transmitter output stage that provides true RS-232 performance from 3.0V to 5.5V with dual charge pumps. The charge pump and four small external capacitors combine into a single Allows operation from 3-V to 5.5-V supply. The devices operate at data signaling rates of up to 120 kbit/s.
