MCP1824T-ADJ SOT-23-5 Smd LDO Regulator Integrated
MCP1824/MCP1824S is a 300 mA Low Loss (LDO) linear regulator providing high current and low output voltages. The MCP1824 comes in a fixed or adjustable output voltage version with an output voltage range of 0.8 V to 5.0 V. Combined with its 300 mA output current capability, low output voltage capability, the MCP1824 is a good choice for new 1.8V sub-output voltage LDO applications with high current demands. MCP1824S is a 3-pin fixed voltage version.
