OPA2340UA SOIC-8 Operational Amplifier
The OPAx340 series operates on a single source as low as 2.5 V, with a common-mode input voltage range extending to 500 mV below ground and 500 mV above the positive source. The output voltage swing is within 1 mV of the supply rails at a 100 kΩ load. These devices offer excellent dynamic response (BW = 5.5 MHz, SR = 6 V/µs), but the quiescent current is only 750 A. Dual and quad designs feature fully independent circuitry for minimal crosstalk and freedom of interaction.
