The Raspberry Pi Pico RP2040 Development Board - Type-C is a compact, high-performance development board built around the RP2040 dual-core microcontroller developed by Raspberry Pi. It is suitable for use in robotics, automation, sensor applications, data acquisition systems, and embedded electronics projects.

The RP2040 chip on the board features two Arm Cortex-M0+ cores and supports an operating frequency of up to 133 MHz. Its 264 KB of internal SRAM and 2 MB of QSPI Flash memory provide sufficient processing and programming capacity for a wide range of microcontroller applications.

The USB connection is used both to power the board and to establish a data and programming link with a computer.

When connected to a computer via USB while holding down the BOOTSEL button, the board appears as a mass storage device, allowing UF2 files to be loaded via drag-and-drop.
