TC427 SMD SO8 Integrated
TC427 is a dual CMOS high speed driver. A TTL/CMOS input voltage level is translated into an output voltage level oscillation from rail to rail. CMOS output is within 25mV ground or positive supply. Low impedance, high current driver outputs swing a 1000pF 18V load in 30ns. Unique current and voltage drive features make TC426/TC427/TC428 ideal power MOSFET drivers, line drivers and DC-DC converter building blocks.
