TC4427 DIP8 Integrated

TC4426 /4427 / 4428 are improved pin versions (they are pin compatible) of the earlier TC426 / 427/428 driver family. They do not lock under any circumstances within the power and voltage ratings. They are not subject to damage when noise up to 5V (from both poles) occurs at the ground pin. They can accept up to 500 mA of reverse current (of both polarities) to their outputs without damage or logic failure. All terminals are fully protected against electrostatic discharge up to 2kV.
