TC4427 SOIC-8 Mosfet Driver IC
TC4427 is a 1.5A dual high speed Power MOSFET Driver. The TC4427 device matched the rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gate of a MOSFET. This device is highly resistant to lockout under all conditions within its power and voltage ratings. They are not subject to damage when noise spikes of up to 5V (from both polarities) occur at the ground pin. They can accept up to 500mA of reverse current forced back to their outputs (of either polarity) without damage or logic disturbance. All terminals are fully protected against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) up to 2.0kV. The TC4427 MOSFET driver can easily charge/discharge 1000pF gate capacitances in under 30ns. This device provides sufficiently low impedance in both the on and off states to ensure that the intended state of the MOSFET is not affected by even large transients.
