TDA7293 Multiwatt-15 Amplifier Audio IC
TDA7293V is a DMOS class AB audio amplifier in a 15-pin Multiwatt package. It is intended for use as a class AB audio amplifier in Hi-Fi field applications such as home stereo system, self-powered speakers and premium TV. Thanks to its wide voltage range and high output current capability, the TDA7293V delivers peak power to both 4ohm and 8ohm loads. Built-in mute function with on-delay simplifies remote operation by eliminating on-off switching noises. Parallel mode is possible by connecting several devices and using pin11. By optimizing the thermal dissipation of the system, high output power can be delivered to very low impedance loads.
