IR2111 DIP-8 Mosfet Driver IC

 

IR2111(S), high voltage with dependent high and low side referenced output channels designed for half bridge applications is a high speed powerful MOSFET and IGBT driver. Proprietary HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technologies provide ruggedized monolithic construction. The logic input is compatible with standard CMOS outputs. The output drivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimal driver crossover. Internal dead time is provided to prevent switching at the output half bridge. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in a high-side configuration operating at up to 600 volts.
